Kieran Magill – BSc (Econ) FCA FCPA AFTA
Managing Director
Kieran graduated from Queen’s University in Belfast with a BSc joint honours degree in Accounting and Economics and has over ten years’ experience working as a Chartered Accountant. He is a practice member and individual member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Fellow Certified Public Accountant and Associate member of the Federation of Taxation Advisers.
Kieran established the practice in 2012 with a vision of providing high-level client services and that commitment is the foundation for the practice growth and expansion. Paramount to that is retaining the personal touch and personal relationships that clients have come to expect.
Kieran has also worked as a financial director in industry, so he has a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing clients on a daily basis. He has aided and supported many small and medium-sized businesses to grow develop their business which has given him a unique understanding of the challenges and issues faced by such businesses. Kieran is a highly skilled and experienced business advisor who works closely with his portfolio of accounts, tax and business advisory clients.

Ciaran Boyle – BA (Hons) FCA
Senior Accountant
Client Manager
Ciaran has a BA honours degree in Accounting and is a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He has over twenty years’ experience working as a Chartered Accountant with a portfolio of United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland based clients. Ciaran joined the practice in 2013 and now heads up our Tax Department and has provided high-level services and advice to clients for a number of years. He operates across a range of business sectors and his commitment and understanding of client needs has created strong working relationships with his client base.

Lisa Conroy - BSc (Hons) ACCA
Senior Accountant
Client Manager
Lisa holds a BSc Honours degree In Accounting and is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Lisa joined the practice in May 2016 and heads our Business development department. She specialises in advising businesses on profit improvement, cash-flow management and strategic development, using her wealth of knowledge with SME’s in Northern Ireland.

Grainne Winters
Office Manager
Grainne is our Office Manager who is the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. Grainne brings 15 years’ experience in Commercial and Business Banking, dealing with small medium sized businesses.
As well as dealing with the administrative functions of the practice, Grainne manages the practice workload and assists with accounts preparation and VAT. Our goal is to deliver a first class efficient client experience.

Gerard Donaghy – BA (Hons) FCA
Senior Accountant
Client Manager
Gerard graduated from University of Ulster in 1998 with a BA honours degree in Business Studies. He trained and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and is currently a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Gerard has a wealth of experience in the SME sector across a broad range of business sectors in both Tax Planning and Business Advisory. His commitment and understanding of client needs has created strong working relationships with his client base.
Gerard is a native of Killeeshil, County Tyrone and spends his spare time following sport, in particular GAA and soccer. He is an active committee member of Killeeshil GFC and has served the club as player, secretary and chairman.

Helen McMeel McKenna
Payroll / HR Manager
With over 13 years’ experience in commercial banking, Helen brings a wealth of experience to our clients. She joined the practice in 2016 and is a qualified accounting technician. Helen currently manages our PAYE team dealing with all aspects of payroll and Human resources for our clients.

Dearbhla Hagan - BSc (Hons) ACA
Accountant
Client Manager
Dearbhla joined the practice in March 2020. Having graduated from Queens’ University Belfast, she went on to successfully complete her professional exams and qualify as a Chartered Accountant and associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Dearbhla works in our business advisory department in our Dungannon office and her specialist experience include; Accounts preparation, Business planning and management accounts for small to medium sized enterprises.
Dearbhla is a native of Derrytresk and a past pupil of St Patrick’s Academy Dungannon.

Joanne Connolly - ACA
Senior Accountant
Joanne has over 13 years’ experience advising and assisting clients in the mid ulster area. She became an Associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland in October 2014 and joined our practice in 2021. Joanne has extensive experience in Tax Planning and Business Advisory.

Colm O’Neill - MIAIT
Trainee Accountant
Colm is a past pupil of St Ciaran’s High School and a qualified member of Accounting Technicians Ireland. He is currently working toward the Chartered Accountant qualification.
Colm is based in our Dungannon office and currently leads the bookkeeping and management accounts function for a number of our clients and client managers.
Colm is from Galbally, Co Tyrone and enjoys socialising with his friends and watching football.

Rochelle Hurson - FCCA

Rochelle is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Rochelle joined the practice in November 2022 and is based in our Dungannon office. Her specialist experience includes Accounts preparation, tax planning and support services for small to medium sized enterprises.
Rochelle is a native of East Coast Scotland and in her spare time she likes coaching netball and spending time with her family.

Shauna is a past pupil of St. Ciaran’s High school, Ballygawley and has achieved her qualification with Accounting technicians Ireland. She is currently studying for her chartered accountancy exams.

Pamela Oliver

Pamela joined the practice in September 2022 and is a qualified accounting technician. Pamela currently works in our busy payroll department and is based in our Ballygawley office.
Pamela is from Ballygawley and is a past pupil of Omagh Academy. Outside of work, Pamela enjoys reading, walking and family time.

Alexis McCarron
Alexis was the second employee of the firm and was fundamental in the growth and development of the business in the early years. Unfortunately Alexis passed away in 2015 but is still very much a part of the ethos and culture within the practice and remains an important part of our team.
